Elements included three luxury hotels, a marina and town center, condominiums, custom residential platting, an 18-hole championship golf course, a tennis center, and preserved ecological and cultural sites. Architectural concepts were developed through client workshops, or charrettes, and were used to evolve client objectives, assess development feasibility, attract financial participation, and resolve community and regulatory issues.
